Often sleeping aboard a boat, regardless of size, is as comfortable as when sleeping in a makeshift tent. The foam mattresses used in boats are acceptable for a couple of nights aboard but for long-term deep and comfortable sleep they just won't cut it. While the mattresses delivered as part of the Jeanneau 57 are certainly a cut or two above the norm, I opted to add in the Froli® supports to not only make the beds firmer but also to allow a given amount of air circulation underneath the mattresses to keep mold at bay. The installation process is just a matter of clicking the parts together to form the base and then to turn/click the pads into place. The spacing of the components as well as the firmness of the pads is adjustable.
